The City of Westover holds Municipal Court on the first and third Tuesday of the month beginning at 1 PM. Specific arraignment dates are listed near the bottom of traffic citations when they are issued.

IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO KNOW YOUR COURT DATE AND APPEAR ON THAT DATE.

 

Defendants have several convenient options to satisfy their citations:

PAYMENT WITHOUT APPEARANCE AT COURT – Pay the full amount of the fine at the City of Westover City Hall, or with a credit card by calling 304-225-3905.

ARRAIGNMENT OPTION – An arraignment date has been designated on the front of your citation. If you wish to have a trial, please inform the Court Clerk upon or before your appearance for arraignment so that a trial date can be scheduled.

Failure to appear for a scheduled arraignment or payment of a fine could cause your license to be suspended by the WV Division of Motor Vehicles (WVDMV).
