Westover

Sandra is a graduate of St. Justin’s High School and the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration. Sandra’s career spans 25-years as a healthcare administrator and she is commissioned as a West Virginia notary public. Sandra came to the City of Westover in 2008, under the Dave Johnson Administration. She is married with three children and resides in Morgantown.
