Leonard Smith
As the owner of Morgantown Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, Leonard joined City Council as a Third Ward Council Member in 2014. A graduate of Morgantown High School and a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran. Leonard is a member of DAV (Disabled American Veterans) post #45, Marine Corps League #342, Westover VFW #9916 and Mt. Morris American Legion #0992. He is married with two children and one grandchild.
