Westover

City Attorney

A former full-time employee of Morgantown Utility Board now retired, Tim serves as the City of Westover's general counsel on a retainer basis. Tim is a member of the West Virginia Bar, a Commissioner of the Morgantown Planning Commission, and the father to two wonderful boys.  He holds a BS in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from West Virginia University.  Tim is retired from service as an officer in the U.S. Army Infantry and Corps of Engineers.   He has enjoyed a number of military honors and awards, including service as a U.S. Army Ranger. Tim plays an integral role in the growth of the City of Westover.
