A native of Masontown, WV, Stephen “Steve” W. Lawrence served two terms on the town’s city council during the 1980s. A graduate of Masontown Valley High School, Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. He currently resides at 80 Hartford Street in Westover with his feline friend Butter.
