Chief of Police Joe Adams

Chief Adams is a 25-year police veteran and retired West Virginia State Police trooper, He brings a host of community law enforcement, criminal investigation, and crime prevention experience to Westover. From investigative work to serving the West Virginia Supreme Court in managing criminal dispositions, Adams takes a very hands-on, proactive approach to policing with a proven record of leadership with diverse policing experience. ​
